VP, Entertainment & Influencer Marketing

About the role

As the Vice President of Entertainment & Influencer Marketing, you will shape and execute adidas' global strategy to leverage entertainment talent and influencers. You will drive brand image, purchase intent, and cultural relevance through product collaborations, advertising, events, and activations worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, drive and manage the global Entertainment & Influencer Marketing strategy at both corporate and market levels.
• Identify, negotiate and secure next‑generation influencers and cultural partners aligned with key brand priorities.
• Lead the seeding process for product launches, matching influencers with business‑unit strategies.
• Integrate influencer assets into all brand marketing campaigns and collaborate on celebrity‑driven initiatives.
• Provide clear direction to global Entertainment & Influencer Marketing teams and act as the primary contact for top influencers and celebrities.
• Work with external agencies, agents and partners to align adidas with global cultural talent.
• Champion a next‑generation brand approach across all business units and markets.
• Define processes, guidelines and budgets for Entertainment & Influencer Marketing worldwide.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of the entertainment industry, including music, film/TV and digital media.
• Proven ability to build and leverage networks within entertainment and influencer ecosystems.
• Broad knowledge of how marketing channels influence consumer motivation.
• Demonstrated capacity to develop innovative, data‑driven strategies.
• Excellent project management and planning capabilities.
• Ability to partner with senior stakeholders and influence cross‑functional teams.
