Videographer and Content Producer (Action Sports)

About the role

As the resident action‑sports videographer for X‑LAB, you will capture the performance and intensity of our bikes for riders, dealers and fans across North America. You will own the full production cycle, from on‑location shooting to final polished cuts for global campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Produce, shoot and edit videos for campaigns, tutorials, lifestyle shoots, testimonials and events, handling planning, logistics and on‑site direction.
• Capture drone and action‑camera footage of X‑LAB bikes in urban, suburban and outdoor settings.
• Repurpose long‑form content into short‑form videos optimized for social media platforms.
• Manage the editing process, including narrative flow, sound design, color grading and motion graphics.
• Maintain an organized library of raw footage and finished assets for global use.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of professional videography experience with a focus on action sports such as cycling, MTB or moto.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating technical cinematography, action capture and narrative editing.
• Ability to work in fast‑paced environments, meet tight deadlines and adapt to changing field conditions.
