Vice President Operations

About the role

We are seeking a strategic leader to steer our logistics engine and shape the future of our delivery capabilities. As Vice President of Operations, you will own the end‑to‑end supply chain, from warehousing to last‑mile delivery, while driving growth, efficiency, and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an operational roadmap aligned with long‑term company goals.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and maximize throughput across the supply chain lifecycle.
• Own the operations P&L, monitor variances, and implement corrective actions.
• Build, mentor, and scale high‑performing teams across multiple sites and regions.
• Oversee implementation and optimization of WMS, TMS, and ERP systems for data‑driven decision making.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in logistics, distribution, or supply chain management.
• Proven track record of leading digital transformations or rapid scaling phases.
• Data‑driven mindset using KPIs and lean methodologies.
• Strong negotiation skills for complex vendor contracts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Engineering; MBA preferred.
