Vice President of Operations

About the role

The Vice President of Operations will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer and lead the continued growth of Re:Build Manufacturing’s portfolio of engineering and manufacturing companies. This senior leader will shape operational strategy, mentor leadership teams, and drive coordinated improvement across multiple facilities, technologies and geographies.

Key responsibilities

• Provide mentorship and operational guidance to the leadership of each member company.
• Design and implement repeatable, efficient fulfillment strategies across diverse businesses and locations.
• Coordinate continuous‑improvement initiatives, assess challenges, and define corrective actions.
• Scale technical, managerial and operational talent to meet accelerating customer demand.
• Oversee robust, rapid manufacturing processes and the intelligent application of automation, AI and data analytics.
• Develop and manage external supply chains to ensure cost‑effective, reliable delivery.
• Align customer and partner expectations with operational capabilities.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience leading operations in manufacturing or engineering services.
• Track record of scaling capabilities quickly in fast‑growth environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to evaluate complex business contexts.
• Excellent communication skills for influencing cross‑functional teams.
• Willingness to work across multiple facilities, technologies and cultures.
