Vice President of Finance

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Vice President of Finance to lead our enterprise‑wide finance organization, covering FP&A, accounting, treasury and strategic planning. The executive will partner with the CEO, senior leadership and the board to shape financial strategy and drive value creation during periods of rapid growth and integration.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all finance functions, including financial planning & analysis, accounting, treasury and strategic planning.
• Develop and execute financial strategies that support growth, integration and performance objectives.
• Oversee financial reporting, forecasting and performance‑management frameworks.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning and major business decisions.
• Manage capital allocation, liquidity planning and financial risk management.
• Present financial results and strategic initiatives to the board and senior stakeholders.
• Build scalable financial systems and processes across a complex organization.
• Recruit, develop and lead a high‑performing finance team.

Required profile

• Minimum 20 years of progressive finance leadership experience.
• Proven track record managing finance during rapid growth, integration and organizational complexity.
• Broad experience across FP&A, accounting and treasury functions.
• Experience presenting financial information to boards and executive teams.
• Strong strategic thinking and financial leadership capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree required; CPA or MBA preferred.
