Vice President, Non-Commercial Sales

About the role

The Vice President, Non-Commercial Sales leads the Foodservice Non-Commercial division, focusing on hospitality, gaming, contract management, GPO and healthcare accounts across the Southeast U.S. Reporting to the SVP, Sales & Marketing, this senior leader drives growth, customer relationships, and cross‑functional alignment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership, define vision, strategy and priorities for the Non‑Commercial sales team.
• Direct execution of sales strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, market share, and cost‑management targets.
• Recruit, interview, hire, train and develop the Director and National Account Managers.
• Oversee daily workflow, conduct performance evaluations, and manage coaching, discipline and terminations per policy.
• Collaborate with other functions to ensure cohesive execution and continuous performance improvement.
• Expand business with existing customers and secure new opportunities across targeted segments.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading large, complex sales teams in non‑commercial or B2B environments.
• Strong track record of achieving top‑line revenue and profitability goals.
• Ability to travel frequently and work with customers located near major airports.
• Excellent leadership, coaching and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
