Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult medical‑surgical patients, including assessments, medication administration, and wound care.
• Monitor vital signs, interpret clinical data, and respond to changes in patient condition.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and support staff to develop and implement care plans.
• Document all patient interactions accurately in the electronic medical record.
• Maintain a safe and clean patient environment in accordance with hospital policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in a Medical‑Surgical nursing role.
• Current BLS certification (ACLS may be required depending on location).
• Active RN license in Texas and a valid driver’s license.
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening.
