Training & Content Operations Lead

About the role

Cedar is looking for a Training & Content Operations Lead to design, develop and maintain client‑enablement materials across its product suite and to deliver high‑impact end‑user training during implementations. You will partner closely with Delivery and Product teams to ensure training programs meet client needs and reflect the evolving product portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain client‑facing enablement assets such as product manuals, workflow guides, knowledge‑center articles and software simulations.
• Research new product functionality and operational workflows by attending development meetings, reviewing technical documentation and interviewing subject‑matter experts.
• Own the lifecycle of enablement packages, selecting appropriate learning modalities, coordinating stakeholder reviews and publishing updates as products evolve.
• Facilitate live end‑user training sessions and Train‑the‑Trainer programs, adapting content to client configurations and audience needs.
• Develop deep expertise in Cedar’s products and identify cross‑product dependencies.
• Analyze implementation feedback and post‑live support trends to close documentation gaps and improve client adoption.
• Collaborate with Product, Delivery and Commercial Strategy teams to support pre‑release readiness and build cross‑departmental product knowledge.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience creating and maintaining technical documentation, instructional content or end‑user education programs in a fast‑paced, client‑facing environment.
• Strong ability to synthesize complex technical information into clear, client‑ready materials.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with a focus on client enablement.
