Training Consultant – Customer Enablement

About the role

We are looking for a Training Consultant to join the Training Consulting team within Professional Services. In this role you will deliver instructor‑led enablement to Contentsquare’s customers and partners, helping them become autonomous and realize value from the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate engaging training sessions in live virtual, in‑person workshop and recorded/asynchronous formats.
• Tailor learning experiences to customer data sets and skill levels, from analytics beginners to advanced users.
• Customize educational content to specific use cases and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design enablement programs.
• Develop and maintain training documentation and leverage tools for efficient content management.
• Build deep expertise across the Contentsquare product suite and act as a product specialist for customers.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in training consultancy, preferably within a SaaS MarTech or AdTech environment.
• Strong presentation, communication and instructional design abilities.
• Ability to quickly learn new product features and train others effectively.
