About the role

TAG is seeking a proactive Tour Coordinator to join its touring department. The role involves delivering high‑level customer service and managing the administrative side of client travel arrangements for business meetings, events and large‑scale gigs.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide high‑level customer service and coordinate a variety of administrative tasks related to client travel requirements.
  • Handle delegated tasks within set timeframes, responding to communications promptly and accurately.
  • Process enquiries, bookings and ticketing for air, rail, hotel and ancillary services, ensuring documentation meets the highest standards.
  • Maintain knowledge of fare structures, contracted rates and ticketing/reissue procedures.
  • Log client and supplier favors, investigate errors or complaints and work toward satisfactory resolutions.
  • Create and update movement and flight sheets while adhering to touring procedures.
  • Assist in training new assistant‑level staff.
  • Maintain strong client and supplier relationships, delivering personalized service.
  • Negotiate optimal rates, maximize savings and communicate achieved cost reductions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

  • Strong communication skills and a genuine, team‑oriented attitude.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ambitious mindset with a willingness to develop and grow within the company.

Required skills

  • Understanding of airline, rail and hotel reservation systems.
  • Knowledge of fare structures, ticketing and reissue processes.
