TikTok Shop & Influencer Marketing Manager

About the role

TopFoxx is seeking a proactive TikTok Shop & Influencer Marketing Manager to own and scale its influencer and affiliate programs. Working remotely on U.S. East Coast hours, you will shape strategy, execute campaigns, and drive profitable partnerships for a fast‑growing women‑owned fashion brand.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement end‑to‑end influencer and affiliate marketing strategies on TikTok Shop and other platforms.
• Identify, recruit, and activate new creators, affiliates, and brand ambassadors.
• Monitor trends, platform rule changes, and performance metrics to continuously optimize campaigns.
• Collaborate with product, design, and sales teams to align messaging and drive conversions.
• Report on revenue, ROI, and profitability, adjusting tactics to meet growth targets.

Required profile

• Native‑level written and spoken English with deep understanding of U.S. culture and social media slang.
• Proven experience managing influencer, affiliate, or TikTok Shop campaigns that generate revenue.
• Self‑starter who thrives in a small, fast‑moving team and takes full ownership of outcomes.
• Ability to work independently, test ideas quickly, and iterate based on data.
