About the role
Diablo Tools is seeking an extroverted, highly motivated Territory Sales Manager for its Pro Channel in Kansas. The role focuses on growing market share, building relationships with key dealers, and delivering sales targets across monthly, quarterly and yearly cycles.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve 100% market share within assigned categories, channels and markets.
- Develop and execute sales programs and strategies for key dealers to promote and consolidate product categories.
- Assist Regional and Key Market Managers with training, trade‑show coordination, and coaching of other Territory Managers.
- Plan and monitor growth targets while adhering to travel and expense budgets.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, order placement, and territory reporting.
Required profile
- 1‑8 years of sales experience.
- Extroverted, highly motivated and driven personality.
- Willingness to learn about construction products and power‑tool accessories (training provided).
