Teleoperation Trainer

About the role

We are looking for a Teleoperation Trainer to bridge our operations and engineering teams. The role combines hands‑on teleoperation work with training, quality management and data‑collection oversight to support our robotics platform.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard and train new teleoperation operators, establishing consistent standards for task execution, data quality and reporting.
• Monitor and evaluate operator performance and demonstration data quality across active projects.
• Develop and maintain QA processes, SOPs, training materials and operational trackers.
• Act as the primary liaison between operations and engineering, surfacing operator feedback and translating engineering guidance into practical instructions.
• Identify patterns in operator errors, edge cases and system inconsistencies and provide structured, actionable reports.
• Maintain direct proficiency with robotic systems and teleoperation interfaces such as VR, joystick or control rigs.

Required profile

• 2+ years of professional experience in training, quality assurance, operations coordination or a technical environment.
• Background in a structured, process‑driven or fast‑paced operational setting.
• Strong communication and documentation skills, able to convey technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Comfortable working with digital tools, interfaces and data‑driven workflows.

Required skills

• Experience with VR systems or immersive digital environments.
• Proficiency using teleoperation interfaces such as joysticks or control rigs.
