Technical Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to accelerate CLEAR’s growth in critical technical areas. As a strategic partner to our engineering, product and security leaders, you will combine creativity, precision and data‑driven strategy to deliver a seamless hiring experience that attracts top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with HR Business Partners and tech leaders to understand hiring needs and align talent strategy with product and company goals.
• Source and engage passive candidates in niche technical markets for engineering, product and security roles.
• Use data, market insights and recruiting metrics to guide hiring managers and improve the hiring process.
• Advocate for both candidate experience and business requirements to achieve win‑win outcomes.
• Share best practices and contribute to strengthening CLEAR’s talent brand.

Required profile

• 4+ years of technical recruiting experience in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments.
• Proven track record hiring for specialized engineering, product and security positions.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate metrics into actionable strategies.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills with hiring managers and candidates.
• High sense of urgency and comfort navigating ambiguity.
