Recruiter – Full‑Lifecycle Talent Acquisition

About the role

HireArt is seeking a Recruiter to own the end‑to‑end hiring process for assigned contract roles. You will act as the “Role Owner,” managing sourcing, screening, and funnel performance to ensure hiring goals are met for a portfolio of high‑profile clients.

Key responsibilities

• Own full‑lifecycle recruiting outcomes for assigned positions, meeting first‑listing SLA and shortlist generation targets.
• Develop and execute recruiting strategies across outbound sourcing, inbound applicants, and staffing‑partner pipelines.
• Monitor funnel health, identify bottlenecks, and adjust tactics to maintain conversion rates.
• Source, screen, and engage qualified candidates using internal tools and external channels.
• Review inbound applications and staffing‑partner submissions for alignment with evolving role profiles.
• Analyze interview feedback and hiring‑manager signals to refine sourcing approaches.
• Partner closely with staffing vendors, account managers, and hiring managers to ensure strong candidate flow.
• Maintain proactive communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruiting, preferably within staffing or contract talent markets.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret funnel metrics and adjust strategies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and proactive communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
