Team Truck Driver (Class A) – $140k-$160k Salary

About the role

R+L Carriers is seeking Class A Team Drivers to pull van trailers up to 53’ or double trailers between service centers and turn‑point locations. Drivers work a 5‑day on‑road schedule and enjoy two days home each week, with a vacation week after 90 days of employment.

Key responsibilities

• Pull van trailers up to 53’ or double trailers between service centers and turn‑point locations.
• Operate equipment safely and comply with DOT regulations while on the road.

Required profile

• Valid CDL Class A with at least 1 year of combined verifiable Class A experience within the past 3 years.
• Clean driving record (no serious violations, no more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years).
• Age 23 (or 21 with FMCSA military‑to‑civilian transition qualification).
• Pass pre‑employment DOT physical, drug screen, and road test.
• Ability to bend, lift, and stoop without difficulty.
• Preferred: endorsements for doubles/triples, tanker, haz‑mat; experience hauling haz‑mat or pulling doubles; any LTL freight experience.
