Team Truck Driver (CDL A) – $36.64/hr, Home Weekly

About the role

R+L Carriers is hiring Class A Team Drivers for its Fontana, CA service center. Drivers start at $36.64 per hour, enjoy a home‑every‑week schedule (5 days on the road, 2 days off) and receive paid time off after 90 days.

Key responsibilities

• Pull 53‑foot van trailers or double trailers between service centers and turn‑point locations.
• Operate equipment safely and comply with all DOT regulations.
• Maintain a reliable on‑time delivery record while adhering to route schedules.

Required profile

• Valid CDL Class A with at least 1 year of verifiable Class A driving experience within the past 3 years.
• Clean driving record (no serious violations, ≤3 moving violations in the past 3 years).
• Age 23 (or 21 with FMCSA military‑to‑civilian transition).
• Pass pre‑employment DOT physical, drug screen and road test.
• Ability to bend, lift and stoop without difficulty.

Required skills

• CDL Class A certification.
• Haz‑mat endorsement (preferred).
• Double‑trailer endorsement (preferred).
