Team Truck Driver (CDL A) – $140k-$160k Salary

About the role

R+L Carriers is seeking experienced Class A Team Drivers to operate van and double trailers between service centers and turn‑point locations. Drivers enjoy a 5‑day on‑road, 2‑day home schedule and earn a competitive annual salary of $140,000‑$160,000.

Key responsibilities

• Pull and deliver van trailers up to 53’ or double trailers across regional routes.
• Maintain a 5‑day on‑road, 2‑day home weekly schedule.
• Operate equipment safely and adhere to all DOT regulations.

Required profile

• Valid CDL Class A with at least 1 year of combined verifiable Class A experience within the past 3 years.
• Clean driving record (no serious violations, ≤3 moving violations in 3 years).
• Age 23 (or 21 with FMCSA military transition qualification).
• Pass pre‑employment DOT physical, drug screen, and road test.
• Ability to bend, lift, and stoop without difficulty; dependable attendance.

Required skills

• Class A CDL endorsement.
• Doubles/Triples endorsement.
• Tanker endorsement.
• Haz‑mat endorsement and experience hauling hazardous materials.
• LTL freight handling experience.
