Team Lead – Project Management

About the role

Quince is looking for a seasoned Team Lead to head its US‑based Project Management team. You will own the end‑to‑end customer experience for B2B orders, turning complex operational challenges into data‑driven opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Project Managers focused on B2B order fulfillment.
• Foster a culture of ownership, growth, and accountability through regular coaching and feedback.
