Web Developer – Front-End (E-commerce)

About the role

We are looking for a Web Developer to own the front‑end user experience for our e‑commerce platform. You will translate design concepts into high‑quality, responsive code and ensure all components align with our technical architecture.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with creative, design and technology teams to deliver innovative e‑commerce solutions.
• Take features from design through production, including prototyping and implementation.
• Develop, maintain and optimise existing front‑end features across desktop, mobile and touch devices.
• Build efficient, reusable components and adhere to web standards.
• Participate in scoping, planning and testing of special projects, meeting committed deadlines.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and share insights with the team.

Required profile

• 2+ years of front‑end development experience in an e‑commerce environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, SASS and advanced JavaScript.
• Experience with content management systems, version‑control, analytics and testing tools.
• Ability to work onsite in San Francisco Monday‑through‑Thursday.
