Tax Consultant / Tax Attorney

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Tax Consultant / Tax Attorney to join our team. In this position you will advise clients on tax planning, compliance and dispute resolution, helping them navigate complex tax regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on federal, state and local tax matters.
• Analyze client financial situations to identify tax‑saving opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations.
• Represent clients during tax audits and negotiate with tax authorities.
• Assist clients in resolving tax disputes and achieving favorable outcomes.

Required profile

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the relevant state.
• Minimum required years of experience in tax law, preferably in a law firm or corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state and local tax statutes.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
