About the role

We are partnering with a fast‑growing fintech that is building the on‑chain broker layer for global markets. As the first dedicated internal talent hire, you will act as the operational engine behind the company’s hiring strategy, working directly with the founders to scale the team to 200 employees.

Key responsibilities

• End‑to‑end orchestration of the internal hiring machine, defining roles with hiring managers and coordinating elite external search firms.
• Partner with founders to set high hiring standards and deliver a world‑class candidate experience.
• Own the CRM/ATS, ensuring data integrity, accurate tracking, and timely follow‑ups.
• Manage high‑volume scheduling and interview logistics for maximum efficiency.
• Identify bottlenecks in the hiring lifecycle and build scalable processes to resolve them.

Required profile

• 0‑3 years of professional experience; recent graduate from a top‑tier institution or early‑career experience at a VC firm, high‑growth startup, or specialized recruitment agency.
• Self‑starter with full ownership mindset and minimal need for direction.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to turn chaos into structured processes.
• Strong belief that human capital is the primary lever for company success.
