About the role
The Talent & Brand Strategist will support Greystar’s brand strategy and talent acquisition initiatives across defined geographies. Working closely with Property Management, Operations, Marketing, Performance Strategy, Employee Relations, and People & Culture teams, the role aims to align the company’s employer brand with its talent attraction and retention goals.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and launch talent attraction campaigns that reflect Greystar’s brand.
- Develop and maintain internal bench strategies to ensure a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Craft storytelling and relationship‑building initiatives that amplify Greystar’s culture both internally and externally.
- Monitor market trends and adjust branding tactics to stay competitive in the talent marketplace.
- Support recruitment efforts by aligning employer branding with candidate experience.
Required profile
- Passionate about people and brand storytelling.
- Strong collaborative mindset with the ability to work across multiple departments.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and shape employer brand perception.
