Talent Acquisition Sourcer – Healthcare & Clinical Research

About the role

Iterative Health is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Sourcer to build and nurture high‑quality talent pipelines across clinical research, operations, and corporate functions. This role will support the company’s growth by identifying, attracting, and engaging candidates in the healthcare, biotech, and health‑tech sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain proactive talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies to reach top talent in competitive markets.
• Act as a brand ambassador, delivering a positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing process.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition Partners and leadership to align sourcing with business priorities.
• Build relationships within healthcare, clinical research, biotech, and health‑tech communities through networking, conferences, and events.
• Lead employer branding initiatives on platforms such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and Indeed.
• Manage job board strategy to enhance talent attraction.
• Represent Iterative Health at recruitment events, career fairs, and industry conferences.
• Collaborate with Marketing to develop and activate the Employer Value Proposition.

Required profile

• Passionate about networking, relationship‑building, and employer branding.
• Strong communication skills and ability to create meaningful candidate connections.
• Experience sourcing talent in healthcare, clinical research, biotech, or health‑tech environments.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
