Talent Acquisition Lead

About the role

RoleNanonets is looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead to build and run its recruiting function. You will own hiring strategy and execution across technical, GTM, G&A, and leadership roles, driving sourcing, pipeline building, interview design, and recruiter enablement.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruiting for multiple functions and seniority levels.
• Partner with founders and hiring managers to define role scorecards, hiring plans, and workforce priorities.
• Build high‑quality pipelines through outbound sourcing, referrals, and targeted search.
• Design and continuously improve interview loops, decision‑making frameworks, and hiring metrics.
• Train hiring managers and interviewers on structured interviewing and candidate assessment.
• Track funnel metrics, diagnose bottlenecks, and implement scalable recruiting processes, tools, and templates.
• Strengthen the employer brand with thoughtful candidate communication and a high‑quality experience.
• Recruit senior and hard‑to‑fill talent, including leadership, enterprise GTM, product, engineering, and AI roles.

Required profile

• 6+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in fast‑growing startups or high‑performance environments.
• Proven track record hiring across business, technical, and leadership roles.
• Strong judgment on talent, ability to assess capability and trajectory.
• Experience partnering directly with founders and senior leaders.
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and shifting priorities.
• Data‑driven mindset, using funnel data to improve outcomes.
• High ownership, urgency, and attention to detail.
