SWD Operator – Salt Water Disposal

About the role

We are seeking a dependable, safety‑focused SWD Operator to join our team at the Bourg, LA facility of R360 Environmental Solutions, a leading provider of oilfield waste management. In this position you will handle the disposal of produced water, working on rotating day and night shifts in an outdoor environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain SWD equipment such as pumps, valves, and tanks.
• Safely off‑load and process produced water from transport trucks.
• Perform routine equipment checks and minor maintenance tasks.
• Accurately record readings, daily volumes, and incident reports.
• Maintain a clean and safe worksite at all times.
• Follow all environmental and safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and drivers.

Required profile

• Willingness to work 14‑day rotating day and night shifts.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Commitment to safety practices and proper PPE usage.
• Mechanical aptitude or prior oilfield/waste‑handling experience is a plus.
