About the role

The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences is seeking a Surgical Technician to join the TOSH Operating Room team in Little Rock. This full‑time, onsite position offers a sign‑on bonus and the opportunity to work in a collaborative, patient‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, organize, and maintain sterile surgical instruments and equipment for procedures.
• Assist surgeons and operating room staff by passing instruments and supplies efficiently.
• Perform instrument decontamination, cleaning, and sterilization according to hospital protocols.
• Monitor inventory of surgical supplies and request restocking as needed.
• Ensure compliance with infection control standards and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Current University of Arkansas System employee or eligible candidate with legal authority to work in the United States.
