Supply Chain & Logistics Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Supply Chain & Logistics Manager to own end-to-end supply chain performance for fast-scaling infrastructure deployments across the United States. The role bridges operations, engineering and supplier management to ensure material availability, cost efficiency and on-time delivery for new product launches and ongoing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle supply chain planning, procurement strategy, material planning and S&OP processes to meet production and launch requirements.
• Coordinate forecasts, supplier capacity and demand planning to guarantee material availability and resolve bottlenecks.
• Manage procurement and supplier relationships, including sourcing, negotiations, onboarding, performance tracking and risk mitigation.
• Oversee logistics and transportation, optimizing inbound/outbound freight, routing, cost efficiency and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, program management and quality teams to align supply chain execution with business needs.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs and reporting tools to monitor performance, costs and efficiency.
• Drive continuous-improvement initiatives using digital tools and analytics.
• Support remote and on-site problem-solving sessions and travel up to 30% to supplier and operational sites.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement or a related field.
• 5-10+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics or operations management.
• Proven track record of optimizing global supply chains, improving material flow and managing cost and performance KPIs.
• Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems.
• Strong analytical abilities and experience building data-driven solutions.
