Supply Chain Data & Analytics Intern (Power BI | SQL | Python)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Supply Chain Data & Analytics Intern to join Bosch’s Vehicle Motion logistics innovation team. The intern will work across manufacturing sites in the United States, Mexico and Brazil, turning complex supply‑chain data into actionable insights and helping embed a data‑driven culture.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Logistics Innovation team by applying data analytics to drive decision‑making at plant level.
• Design, build and maintain interactive dashboards in Power BI or Tableau to visualise key supply‑chain and logistics metrics.
• Collaborate with plant personnel to understand operational challenges and provide analytical support for supplier escalations, inventory reduction and material‑flow optimisation.
• Apply predictive‑analytics techniques to identify potential bottlenecks and support task‑force management activities.
• Assist in training teams on new data tools and analytics platforms.
• Contribute to cross‑functional logistics innovation projects and share best practices across the network of plants.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a university program leading to a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business (with analytics focus), Data Science or Computer Science (with business focus).
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Strong foundational understanding of supply‑chain operations and business principles.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Advanced proficiency in Python for data analysis.
• Experience with data‑visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
