About the role
The University of Arkansas System is seeking a Supplier Manager & Spend Analyst to join its Workday Support Services team. This professional staff position will be based in Little Rock and will focus on overseeing the supplier onboarding process and optimizing spend management within Workday.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the supplier onboarding system and ensure seamless integration with Workday.
- Collaborate with campus Supplier Partners to onboard suppliers efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with institutional and regulatory requirements.
- Act as the Workday Spend Analyst, identifying and implementing system enhancements and process improvements.
- Streamline supplier account creation, maintenance, and procurement workflows.
- Provide functional expertise and support to the Workday Spend/Procurement Lead.
Required profile
- Demonstrated experience in supplier management or procurement processes.
- Familiarity with Workday Spend or related procurement modules.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
