Strategy Director, Crossix Analytics

About the role

The Strategy Director will drive adoption and commercial success of Crossix Analytics M&O products across key Emerging Biotech accounts. This includes shaping go‑to‑market strategy, removing sales blockers, and ensuring early adopters achieve success.

Key responsibilities

• Own adoption of the Crossix Suite within a set of key Emerging Biotech accounts.
• Collaborate with Account Partners to craft messaging, map stakeholders, lead customer meetings, and execute strategic account plans.
• Lead go‑to‑market messaging for new products and features.
• Forecast product adoption across customers and prospects.
• Manage early‑adopter success, defining target criteria, communicating value, and gathering feedback.
• Support delivery teams in best‑practice utilization of Crossix products and identify adoption barriers.

Required profile

• 6+ years of successful client‑facing consulting or strategy experience.
• 4+ years in a media‑related role, including media planning or buying.
• 4+ years in an analytical role.
• Life Sciences experience required.
• Effective communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
• Proven project‑management experience working across functions.
• Bachelor’s degree with strong academic performance.
