Strategy Director - Crossix Audience Segments

About the role

The Strategy Director will drive adoption and commercial success of Crossix Audience Segments, partnering with sales teams and customers to deliver stable revenue growth and ensure early‑adopter success.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the sales team to develop strategic partnerships that lead to customer success.
• Deliver stable and repeatable revenue growth through account sales strategy.
• Hold the sales team accountable for performance and execution.
• Support effective adoption and improvement of new products and features.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of client‑facing consulting or strategy experience.
• At least 2 years in a media‑related role, including media planning or buying.
• Strong data‑analysis capability with a passion for storytelling.
• Life‑sciences industry experience.
• Effective communicator with clear written and verbal skills.
• Proven project‑management experience across functions.
• Bachelor’s degree with strong academic performance.
