Strategic Finance GTM Lead

About the role

We are seeking a Strategic Finance GTM Lead to shape the decision‑making behind Candid Health’s go‑to‑market motion. In partnership with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and senior leadership, you will drive top‑line growth through finance and revenue‑operations expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end GTM planning, strategy design and execution, including annual plans, quarterly forecasts and monthly reporting.
• Develop and manage pricing frameworks to optimize unit economics while supporting volume growth.
• Design metrics, set goals, and evaluate performance across channels, pipeline stages, and customer segments.
• Run deep‑dive analyses of funnel, channel and overall GTM performance, identify friction points and implement corrective actions.
• Lead the deal desk, pricing decisions, and compensation plan design.
• Partner with senior leadership on growth‑capital decisions and equity considerations.
• Leverage AI‑enabled forecasting tools to automate variance analysis and focus on strategic insights.

Required profile

• 6‑10 years of finance experience (strategic finance, investment banking, or private equity) with prior GTM finance responsibility for a multi‑channel B2B enterprise.
• Analytical powerhouse with a strong curiosity for root‑cause analysis and comfort working with large data sets.
• Excellent communicator who can translate complex financial data into clear stories for non‑finance stakeholders and recommend actions.
• “Multiplier” mindset: a player‑coach who builds templates, automates processes and seeks AI‑driven efficiencies.
