Store Manager – Coffeehouse

About the role

As a Store Manager for a leading coffeehouse, you will lead a team to create welcoming moments for customers, ensuring high-quality coffee and exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of partners to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Drive sales and profitability through effective merchandising, promotions, and inventory control.
• Maintain product quality, safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Schedule staff, manage labor costs, and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of retail or customer-service management experience, or 4+ years of U.S. military service.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in a sales-focused environment.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach and mentor team members.
• High school diploma or GED; legal right to work in the United States.
• Availability to work full-time, often exceeding 40 hours per week, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
