Stock Associate

About the role

The Stock Associate ensures that merchandise is received, prepared, and presented on the sales floor efficiently and accurately. You will maintain a clean, organized stockroom and support the store’s inventory and visual standards.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, and process incoming shipments, reporting any discrepancies.
• Prepare merchandise by steaming, folding, hanging, and labeling as needed.
• Move stock from the backroom to the sales floor, replenish shelves, and execute transfers and RTVs.
• Maintain a tidy, organized stockroom and ensure all items are floor‑ready.
• Assist with inventory counts, damage handling, and customer charge processes.
• Participate in store meetings, adhere to company policies, and perform housekeeping duties.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail or stockroom experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift over 30 lb, stand for eight hours, and perform frequent stooping, kneeling, and reaching.
• Strong teamwork attitude and punctuality.
