Solutions Engineer

About the role

As a Solutions Engineer at Coframe, you will partner closely with prospective and existing customers to understand their goals, technical environments, and integration requirements. You will lead technical discovery, design tailored solutions, and demonstrate how Coframe can improve performance across digital experiences. This role sits at the intersection of sales, product, engineering, and customer success.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery with prospective and existing customers.
• Design and demonstrate solutions that showcase Coframe’s impact.
• Build proofs of concept and guide customers through implementation.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering to resolve technical blockers.
• Translate customer feedback into product requirements and roadmap input.

Required profile

• Experience in solutions engineering, sales engineering, or technical consulting.
• Strong technical discovery and solution design abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Ability to work closely with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑moving startup.
• Willingness to work on‑site in the San Francisco Bay Area.
