Solo Cleaning Technician for Church Facilities

About the role
We are seeking a reliable Cleaning Technician to service a new church account in Haughton, LA. You will work independently as the sole custodian, rotating through five buildings on a set weekly schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Clean and maintain assigned areas to DNC’s quality standards, including visual, touch, and completion checks.
- Follow a weekly rotation covering the sanctuary/atrium, gym, classrooms, offices, and children’s areas.
- Empty trash, restock supplies, clean restrooms, and maintain floors across multiple building types.
- Use key‑fob access to move between buildings and adhere to site‑specific protocols.
- Report any issues, supply needs, or concerns promptly to the Team Lead or Account Manager.
Required profile
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and ownership of the spaces you clean.
- Comfortable working solo across multiple buildings on a set schedule.
- Coachability and willingness to learn DNC’s cleaning standards and processes.
- Prior commercial cleaning experience is helpful but not required.
