Software Testing Coordinator – Chinese Bilingual (Entry Level)

About the role

The Software Testing Coordinator will act as the primary communication and operational bridge between the U.S. testing team and overseas software development headquarters, ensuring seamless coordination for mobile carrier certification projects.

Key responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for all testing outcomes generated by the local testing team, reviewing and validating results to ensure 100% compliance with client standards.
• Serve as the primary interface between the U.S. testing team and overseas R&D engineers, resolving technical ambiguities and clarifying test cases.
• Synthesize daily software testing reports, milestone updates and final deliverables for corporate management.
• Monitor testing team capability, work status and productivity in real time, providing feedback and managing defect tracking.
• Support evening and night shifts to coordinate hand‑overs with Asia‑based R&D centers.

Required profile

• 2+ years of mobile software testing experience in North American or European carrier environments.
• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work evening and night shifts to align with Asian time zones.

Required skills

• Proficiency with industry‑standard debugging utilities such as QXDM and Wireshark.
• Knowledge of carrier submission workflows for T‑Mobile, Verizon and AT&T.
