Software Engineer – Los Angeles (On-site)

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Software Engineer to join our fast‑paced engineering team in Los Angeles. The position is primarily on‑site (four days a week) and focuses on defense and aerospace projects where high‑performance computing and real‑time systems are critical.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Python‑based and Linux‑centric applications.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and adopt modern Agile development practices.
• Collaborate with hardware teams on integration tasks, including CUDA, JAX, SDRs, and networking components.
• Build and containerize services using Docker and manage source control with Git workflows.
• Contribute to DevOps/DevSecOps initiatives to improve security and reliability.

Required profile

• U.S. citizenship or Green Card holder.
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong background in Python or Linux environments.
• Experience working in Agile teams with CI/CD processes.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑moving engineering environment.
