Software Architect (Remote, US)

About the role

Rondah is seeking a highly capable Software Architect to own technical operations end‑to‑end in a fast‑paced startup environment. The role is fully remote within the United States and involves solving complex problems across the entire stack.

Key responsibilities

• Triage and resolve technical support tickets.
• Investigate and debug issues across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and infrastructure.
• Build a strong understanding of overall system architecture and workflows.
• Own issues end‑to‑end from investigation through resolution.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve system reliability and product quality.
• Contribute fixes, tooling improvements, automations, and operational enhancements.
• Monitor production systems and proactively identify issues.
• Communicate technical findings clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Adapt quickly to new systems, technologies, and workflows.

Required profile

• Strong software engineering fundamentals.
• Experience working across multiple layers of the stack.
• Excellent debugging and analytical problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to understand complex systems quickly.
• Comfortable working in fast‑moving startup environments.
