Social Media Manager

About the role

Case-Mate, a leading tech accessories brand, is looking for a Social Media Manager to own its presence on TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube Shorts, and emerging platforms. You will work closely with the Sr. Manager of Social and the VP of Marketing to translate brand strategy into scroll‑stopping content for women aged 18‑35.

Key responsibilities

• Run day‑to‑day publishing across TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube Shorts and new platforms.
• Translate brand campaigns and launches into platform‑native content and manage the content calendar.
• Partner with the creative team to produce non‑advertising‑feel content and write on‑brand captions.
• Analyze performance data, draw conclusions and adjust the social playbook.
• Grow and manage a roster of influencers and creators, handling outreach, gifting, briefs, deliverables and follow‑up.
• Track influencer ROI and decide on reinvestment.
• Stay ahead of trending audio, formats and cultural moments, proposing proactive ideas.
• Monitor comments, DMs and user content to build community relationships.

Required profile

• Sharp, organized creative who treats social as a craft.
• 3–5 years managing social media for a consumer, fashion, beauty, lifestyle or DTC brand.
• Deep, instinctive understanding of how to market to women 18–35 online.
• Hands‑on experience running influencer and creator partnerships.
• Working knowledge of ShopMy or comparable influencer/affiliate platforms.
• Native fluency in TikTok and Instagram – knows what works and why.
• Strong project‑management instincts; can run multiple initiatives in parallel.
• Self‑starter who contributes ideas, not just executes.
