Social Media & Community Manager

About the role

BNTO is seeking a Social Media & Community Manager to own its social presence and bring the brand’s community to life. This creative, fashion‑focused role sits at the intersection of culture and digital storytelling, working closely with the marketing team.

Key responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day posting on Instagram, TikTok and other platforms, following a content calendar aligned with brand campaigns and cultural moments.
• Spot emerging trends early, join real‑time conversations, and create content that reflects BNTO’s voice.
• Film, edit and produce social‑native videos and images, capturing events, activations and everyday brand moments.
• Engage with the community by managing comments, DMs, and interactions with warmth and speed.
• Identify, nurture and activate top community members, brand advocates, ambassadors and creators.
• Track performance metrics, share insights, and test new formats, platform features and creative approaches.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in social media, brand or community management, with a portfolio that demonstrates impact.
• Genuine passion for fashion, trends and culture, and the ability to anticipate what will resonate.
• Strong written communication skills and a keen visual instinct.
• Comfortable appearing on camera and collaborating with external creators.
