About the role
LinkedIn is seeking an SMB Account Executive to drive new business for its Talent Solutions portfolio. You will work in a hybrid setting, balancing remote work with collaborative days at a LinkedIn office, and will be responsible for both inbound and outbound sales activities.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect relentlessly to build a robust pipeline and nurture strong relationships with prospects.
- Provide accurate forecasts and maintain full transparency with management on pipeline status.
- Close new business consistently at or above quota.
- Develop and execute a strategic territory plan, sharing competitive insights with the team.
- Coach colleagues, contribute to best‑practice documentation, and share market feedback with product and marketing teams.
- Proactively solve problems beyond your core responsibilities and take on emerging initiatives.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 + years of relevant sales experience.
- Experience with recruiting, HR software, or recruitment media is preferred.
- Background in SaaS sales and familiarity with the Salesforce.com platform.
- Proven ability to negotiate, forecast accurately, and manage high‑level business opportunities.
- Data‑driven decision‑making and strong persuasive communication skills.
