Site Engineer – Construction AR Technology

About the role

XYZXYZ Reality is looking for a Site Engineer to deliver its cutting‑edge Augmented Reality service on construction projects in El Paso. You will use the company’s AR headset, The Atom, to track progress against BIM models, perform quality inspections and report findings through the XYZ platform.

Key responsibilities

• Track construction progress against BIM models using The Atom AR device.
• Conduct on‑site quality inspections and raise observations on the XYZ platform.
• Submit daily QA issues to the client and ensure compliance with workflow standards.
• Maintain high data accuracy and reporting quality.
• Collaborate with other engineers to achieve full project coverage.
• Support the Lead Engineer in upholding operational standards.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience working on construction sites.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Comfortable using digital tools and software platforms.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced site environment.
• Basic IT proficiency (Microsoft Suite).
• Clean criminal record and willingness to undergo background and drug checks.
