Services Engagement Manager – Quality Cloud

About the role

The Services Engagement Manager (SEM) is responsible for setting Quality Cloud customers up for success and representing the full value proposition behind a Quality Cloud implementation. This customer‑facing role works closely with Veeva Sales and Services teams to ensure smooth project delivery and long‑term satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Structure the implementation approach, set expectations, and define the project charter, including staffing, timelines, and costs.
• Develop and deliver proposals and Statements of Work for Quality implementations and consulting services.
• Set customer and internal stakeholder expectations with a focus on long‑term success.
• Provide awareness and alignment with the partner ecosystem.
• Position Managed Services support, training, and other solutions needed for a successful customer experience.

Required profile

• Direct experience in Life Sciences and/or Quality, preferably in Document Management, GxP Training, Quality Event Management, Validation Management, or LIMS.
• Close alignment with Sales, Strategy, and Services teams to design customer‑specific implementation strategies and success metrics.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding team sales quotas.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with executive‑level presence.
• Experience managing negotiations with a wide range of stakeholders, including executives.
• 5+ years delivering consulting services and involvement in selling services.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

• Base salary $85,000 – $170,000 per year, with variable bonus and stock options
