Service Technician – Vista (Trappers Glen)

About the role

We are looking for a Service Technician to join our Vista team at Trappers Glen. The role involves performing technical and mechanical work to keep the property’s buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas in excellent condition. You will be part of Greystar, a global real‑estate platform managing over $350 billion of assets, and the position is full‑time based in Morrison, Colorado.

Key responsibilities

• Complete work orders generated from resident service requests, diagnosing issues and performing repairs in line with company policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Carry out preventative maintenance tasks across the property to ensure ongoing functionality and safety.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, and coordinating vendors and contractors.
• Maintain cleanliness, appearance and safety of all physical aspects of the property.

Required profile

• Ability to follow established policies, procedures, safety standards and code requirements.
• Experience handling resident service requests and performing preventative maintenance.
