Service Technician – Property Maintenance (Avana Springs)

About the role
The Service Technician will perform technical and mechanical work to keep the buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas of the Avana Springs property in excellent condition. This full‑time position ensures cleanliness, safety and functionality in line with Greystar standards.
Key responsibilities
- Complete assigned work orders generated by the property management system.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests during scheduled hours.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years of property maintenance experience.
- Comfortable using property management software to manage work orders, inspections and daily tasks.
- Availability to work Wednesday‑Sunday, including weekends, 9 am‑6 pm.
Required skills
- HVAC repair and maintenance.
- Appliance repair.
- Use of property management software.
