Service Supervisor for The Preserve Community

About the role

The Service Supervisor ensures that all interior and exterior areas of The Preserve community, including buildings, grounds, amenities, and common spaces, meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality. This full‑time position oversees daily maintenance operations and prepares vacant units for new residents.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, diagnose, and complete work orders generated from resident service requests.
• Perform repairs and maintenance in accordance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable building codes.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, and coordinating vendors and contractors.
• Order and maintain necessary supplies and materials to support ongoing maintenance activities.
• Ensure all common areas and amenities are kept in optimal condition and promptly address any safety concerns.

Required profile

• Experience in property or facilities maintenance, preferably in multifamily residential settings.
• Ability to diagnose mechanical and technical issues and implement effective solutions.
• Strong organizational skills to manage work orders, vendor schedules, and inventory.
• Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations.
