About the role

Classic Hyundai of Hampton is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead its service department. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences while ensuring efficient workshop operations.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Act as liaison between technicians and customers, providing concierge support.
• Manage, hire, and supervise technicians and service advisors.
• Distribute work, prioritize service tasks, and coordinate schedules to maximize productivity.
• Develop strategies to increase service department revenue and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain communication with customers regarding service status and resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations.
• Train, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve performance targets.
• Oversee inventory and ordering of parts and supplies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in automotive service management or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer‑focused mindset with problem‑solving capabilities.
• Valid driver’s license.
