Senior US Healthcare Recruiter

About the role

InfiCare is seeking a Senior US Healthcare Recruiter to source and engage qualified nursing and allied health professionals for its hospital clients across the United States. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and build a robust talent pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, attract and engage healthcare professionals such as RNs, LPNs, CNAs and allied roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to align recruitment strategies with job requirements.
• Utilise job boards, LinkedIn, referrals and networking to develop a strong candidate pool.
• Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and keep candidate information up‑to‑date.
• Develop long‑term relationships with candidates and clients to support future hiring needs.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of verifiable recruitment experience in the US healthcare sector.
• Strong database management skills and experience working with direct clients, MSPs and VMS.
• Knowledge of hiring on platforms such as LinkedIn and Facebook.
• Familiarity with US tax terminology relevant to staffing.
• Understanding of both clinical and non‑clinical staffing requirements.
• Excellent spoken and written English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Effective use of LinkedIn for candidate sourcing.
• Experience using Facebook for recruitment outreach.
